A former Chief People Officer, with 20 years of international experience across Gucci, Tiffany & Co., Saint Laurent and Boucheron, spanning business transformation, international expansion and organisational growth.

INSEAD-certified in executive coaching, Raffaella sits on the Advisory Board of Women in Sustainable Luxury.

Born by the sea near Venice, her connection to the ocean has shaped a lifelong commitment to the natural world.
